Ritual Guide

Good rituals are short. Simple. Daily. They do not ask much of you, but they change you slowly.

This guide gives you frameworks for using LÖYLY products — not rigid rules, but starting points. Adapt them to your body, your schedule, the season you are in.

Evening Ritual (45 minutes)

For restorative sleep, a calm nervous system.

  1. Preparation — no screens for 30 minutes beforehand. Hydrate (water with electrolytes).
  2. PEMF Mat or Infrared Sauna Blanket — 30 minutes at low frequency (below 30 Hz for PEMF) or medium temperature for the sauna.
  3. Cool down & hydrate — short cold shower or water with lemon. Apply endorphin body oil or magnesium body cream.
  4. Sleep — within 60 minutes of the ritual.

Morning Ritual (15 minutes)

For energy, clarity, glowing skin.

  1. LED mask or red light panel — 10 minutes at 660nm + 850nm.
  2. Hydrate with glow serum or body oil on areas exposed to light.
  3. Coffee or matcha — no phone for the first 5 minutes.

Post-Workout Ritual (20 minutes)

For accelerated muscle recovery.

  1. PEMF Mat — 15 minutes at high frequency (above 30 Hz).
  2. Recovery salt soak or magnesium spray on tense areas.
  3. Hydration — water with electrolytes and magnesium.

Recommended Frequency

3–5 rituals per week. More is allowed, but not required. Less is OK — anything is better than zero.

Remember: the body responds to consistency, not intensity. A 20-minute ritual, daily, is worth more than a 2-hour session once a week.
