How do I choose the right product for me?

Can I use the products daily?
Yes. All LÖYLY products are built for daily use, within the manufacturer's recommended limits. We recommend 30–45 minutes per session, 3–5 sessions per week for visible results.
Are there contraindications?
We recommend consulting a doctor before use if you have: pregnancy, uncontrolled hypertension, implanted medical devices (pacemaker), severe cardiovascular conditions, active cancer or cancer under treatment.
About Order & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2–5 working days in Romania for standard products. 5–10 days for saunas and large panels (scheduled delivery).
Can I return the product?
Yes, within the first 120 days, free of charge, no questions asked. Details on the Delivery & Returns page.
How is the refund processed?
Within 7 working days of receiving the product back, we return the full amount to the original payment method used.
