Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Please note that any additional customs fees and/or import taxes are not included in the displayed price and will remain the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. SECTION 7 – CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Romanian law (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), consumers (individuals) have the right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to state a reason. LOYLY has voluntarily extended this period to 30 calendar days.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to individuals (consumers). Legal entities are not entitled to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Government Ordinance no. 130/2000. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Consumers (individuals) may file complaints with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
