120-Day Guarantee

Buying a LÖYLY product is a decision. Using it daily is a practice. Our guarantee gives you the time to make that transition — and the reassurance that, if the product does not fit your ritual, the return process is simple.

Two Types of Guarantee

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: 120 Days

You have 120 days from receiving the product to try it at your own pace. If you do not fall in love with it, let us know and we will arrange a free return. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the product.

The only conditions: the product must be in good working order, with the original accessories. It does not need to be unused — we actually want you to try it.

2. Manufacturer Warranty: 2 Years

For manufacturing defects, we offer 2 years from the delivery date. We replace or repair the product at no cost, in accordance with Romanian law (Law 449/2003) and European standards.

How to Activate the Guarantee

1. Send us an email at retururi@loyly.ro with your order number and a description of the issue
2. We reply within 24 working hours with specific instructions
3. For returns: we arrange a courier collection — no cost to you
4. We process the refund or replacement within 7 working days

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by incorrect use (e.g. submerging electrical products in water)
• Physical damage (scratches, breaks from drops)
• Consumable components (filters that need periodic replacement)
