Delivery in Romania
We use specialist couriers to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
Costs and Timeframes
- Standard delivery (small–medium products): 2–5 working days. Free over 50 EUR.
- Scheduled delivery (sauna, large panels, PEMF beds): 5–10 working days. We contact you the day before to confirm the time slot.
- Express delivery (Bucharest & Ilfov): 24–48 hours, +10 EUR above the standard rate.
Delivery Cost Below 50 EUR
4 EUR flat fee for any parcel. For products with specialist delivery (sauna, PEMF mat), the cost is 16 EUR, regardless of order value.
Returns
120 days to try the product. Returns are free and arranged by us.
How to Return a Product
- Write to us at retururi@loyly.ro with your order number
- We reply within 24h with instructions
- We arrange a courier collection
- You receive return confirmation and refund within 7 working days
Return Conditions
- The product must be in good working order, with the original accessories
- It does not need to be unused — we encourage you to try it
- For products with an expired manufacturer warranty (over 120 days), returns are no longer possible — instead, we offer servicing and spare parts

For deliveries within the European Union, contact us at contact@loyly.ro. We deliver to most EU countries, with timelines of 5–14 working days depending on destination.
